SISHAM WOOD:
Currently over 95% of the wood used is sisham, an Indian hard wood procured from all over India. The wood is chemically treated is in a treatment plant using a standard chemical & seasoned in seasoning kilns, both of which ensures that the final product is using wood of the very best quality.
Seasoned & treated wood is then worked on by using natural bee's wax in combination with mansion brings out the beautiful & natural grain of sisham.
PACKING:
Finally for packing of furniture we use corrugated paper, bubble sheet with corners to avoid any damage during Shipping the Product.
Some Important Notes:
1) We deliver WORLDWIDE.
We also specialize in custom made furniture.Any changes in furniture design, polish shade and sizes can be done as per specifications.
If you have your own furniture designs or drawings you can send us by email and we will quote for them.

2) We use 100% seasoned and chemical treated Sheesham wood(rosewood) and Acacia wood.Our wood is termite free.
3) Our products are handcrafted. We use stain polish with lequer finish.
4) Once goods dispatched we will email you the OnlineTracking details and Cargo Toll free no. where you can update yourself about the movement of cargo if required.
5)You need to cooperate in full with the cargo company if they require some paper work from you to make the delivery.As in some states some formalities are required.
6) We work hard to satisfy our customers.
7)In some states there are 'octroi charges' which is payable by the buyer at the time of delivery. The octroi vary from state to state in between 2 to 7 % of Invoice value.
8) For very heavy articles the Door delivery will be considered as Ground floor delivery becasue the delivery person cannot lift some very heavy goods just on his own to the upper floor.Though the delivery person can cooperate to get the goods to the upper floor.
9) For any delay in transportation we will not take any responsibility until the delay is very unreasonable.We will not entertain any 'negative feedback' due to transit delays.
We also reserve the right to refund the customer in full in any unavoidable condition.
10) We can also deliver the goods earlier than declared time in case of urgency.
If the production takes more time than declared time than kindly be patient as all goods are handcrafted and they goes through various processes.Therefore sometimes there is a delay in one or the other process.We will surely update you if there is any such delay.
11) Wholesale prices will be provided if required. Here with wholesale prices we mean more pcs/design and not single pieces with many designs.
